On 6th August, during the covid pandemic, an order was issued by the Government of Manipur, Secretariat of Health Department regarding establishment of 24 X 7 toll-free helpline number to guide public on queries of Covid related and to ensure no denial of treatments by any hospitals.
The ISA toll-free number 1800 103 2015 was utilized for 24 X 7 service on the mentioned purpose
On 1st June conducted "Refresher Training" for KIOSK operator RIMS & JNIMS hospital
On 5th conducted a training for Hospital Staff for RIMS on the following :
- Package rate review comparing HBP1 and HBP 2 package master.
- To control out of pocket expenditure from beneficiary if any
- Few directive to follow such as to maintain case sheet with proper documentation and to produce on timely basis for medical audit purpose.
- To have proper documentation in details in OT note with start and end time of operation, Surgeon name and signature.
On 6th & 7th March Mass enrollment Camp was conducted at Langthabal, Imphal East and Lilong Chajing Chingkhong, Imphal West - Enrolled total beneficiaries of 161
On 1st, 4th, 3rd & 6th February, Mass enrollment Camp was conducted at Sekmai,Langol Ningthou,Uripok,Nambol Municipal Council and Naoremthong - Enrolled total beneficiaries of 345

On 12th, 18th, 19th & 26th September Mass Enrollment Camp was conducted at Kamjong, Lamlong, Keishamthong and Sagolband - enrolled a total beneficiaries of 1,375.
On 3rd, 27th & 30th Mass Enrollment Camp was Conducted at Chakpikarong, Chandel District, Tadubi, Senapati District and Mao Maram, Senapati District - enrolled a total beneficiaries of 137,169 and 120 respectively
On 12th July conducted Mass Enrollment Camp at Bamkam Bazar, Ccpur District - enrolled 454 beneficiaries.
On 8th June Soft Skill training was conducted at DSH for RIMS (MedCo and AM), DHS staffs and Call centre team.

The CMHT is a pioneering health scheme, launched on 21st January 2018 by the State Government to give health coverage of Rs. 5 lakh per year to 3 lakh families/15 thousand, underprivileged individuals of the State.
Till date more than 6.8 lakh individuals have already been enrolled under CMHT and almost 23,000 beneficiaries have been assisted with free hospitalization worth above Rupees 30 crore.
Already 51 hospitals in the State and one in Guwahati have been empanelled under CMHT.
