CMHT Grievance policy

In State level:

Inorder to address any CMHT grievance related cases Government of Manipur, Secretariat has approved Health Department,State Nodal Cell for Grievance Redressal for CMHT Manipur on 20th October 2018 under order no.20/2/2018-DHS (CMHT-PMJAY) constituting of the following members.

1. Dr. Kh. Sasheekumar Mangang (Additional SNO, Directorate of Health Services) as State Nodal Officer (Grievance cell)
2. Khuraijam Sonia Devi (Operation Manager, State health Agency) as Member.
3. Irengbam Bijeta Devi (Policy Manager, State Health Agency) as Member.

One can share/lodge his/her grievances details to Toll Free no. 1800-103-2015 (24x7) and also can submit an application to an official mail Id cmht.infomail@gmail.com along with a relevant documents, the cases will be examined by the members of SGNC (State Grievance Nodal Committee) for further necessary action .
